An email has been sent out to all hosts, with information on how you can become a part of the ISAK Committee, but in case you haven’t gotten it, I re-post it here.

If you are a new international student in Karlstad, you can apply to become a part of the committee as well, more information about that will come later.

Hi all Host students!

Hope that your having a greate time taking care of the new exchangestudents.

We in the ISAK committee wanna remind you of that we still need 3 more people in our committee.

1 vice pressident & 2 activity responsibles

Vice president: as vice president you attend our meetings and are prepared to go in as president incase Gustav (our president) can’t make it to one of the meetings, you also have one vote in the committee

Activity: The activity committee is a part of ISAK and plan all activities during the semester. they book everything from buses to hostels or places to be for movienights. they also organize the international night. They attend the ISAK meetings and have 2 votes in the ISAK committee. Thoug activity has the main responsible for activities all hoststudents helps with planing but activity av a main overlook so everyting works.

We need you aplication in an e-mail by 31st of January the latest

In you application you should have:

• a short presentation about your self
• if you done any other work in committees/board associations etc.
• What possition you want in ISAK and Why

To candidate for a possition in  ISAK is the same as applying for a job, we in ISAK will read your applications and vote for the 3 persons we think can handle it the best and then we contact them. we also put up the results on the ISAK webpage  www.isak-kau.se
